Where is the love?
I have a deep yearning to know and feel Godâs love. Iâm in an interesting season in my life. There are some relationships that I have upheld as a form of identity for myself and through those relationships I have loved as deeply as I knew how to. All of those relationships have transformed and no longer provide the same sustenance that they once did. Iâm being broken down, my sense of identity completely shattered. Itâs as if God has inserted himself into my life and decreased my interactions, changed my heart posture so that all I could do was come to Him. In reading 1 John 4:7-21, John tell us that God is love and when we love, we know God.
"We love because he loved us first"Â Â -- 1 John 4:19
But what if youâre view on love and how you were giving and receiving love gets damaged? I find myself having to start fresh and go back to square one, learning what love truly is and is not. I often tell a story of how back at the start of 2020 (before the pandemic hit) I shouted to God at the top of a mountain saying that I am ready to be who HE created me to be. My life utterly broke down after that prayer. In fact Iâm still clearing out the rubble as I write this. God stripped me of all perceived safety and security in anything that was not Him. Now I spend a great amount of my time praying and allowing God to rebuild me. This hasnât been easy. If you are married, a parent, an exalted child, a person of status in your career, imagine that position or title that you hold most dear being adapted into what God desired for you, not the other way around.
One thing Iâve asked God in the past and Iâve heard other people ask is why would God allow for a certain situation and circumstance to happen? God broke it down. Bear with me. At times we get ourselves into situations that werenât even what God wanted for us in the first place and then we ask why He allowed it to happen. God gave us free will. We made those decisions of our own volition. In fact God loves us so much that He will often send us a messenger telling us hey, that might not be the direction you wanna go in and we may get defensive and push back on that message and say that WE have a right to choose. And if the situation or circumstance that we may be getting into is really bad, God many send a messenger multiple times in many different forms. So why be mad at God?Â
Yeah I know itâs a hard pill to swallow but the beauty is that we can come to Him when it all comes down and He will rebuild us and set us on the path that He designed for us. When I asked God to come into my life He cleaned house. All that I had known, believed and stood on was dismantled. Initially I called out to God asking why. Why was I being punished? To make matters worse I had to be silent and not clap back or defend myself when I wanted to. In rare moments when I was crying and pleading to take action He would tell me Do nothing. Say nothing. Let me take care of it. It took some time but He calmed my storms. My conversations with God turned into prayers then they turned into praise. A situation would come along and try to knock me off my square and I started thanking God for His love and protection. I may have been rattled for a bit but I got back to center and grounded myself in Godâs love.
So back to what I was initially presenting in regards to my relationships. In each realm of my life (family, friend, self) God has revamped my relationships to show me how loved I am. And for the relationships that still need some work, He has set them aside and is taking care of them on my behalf. While He does that I lean into Him to nourish me. Thatâs all Heâs ever wanted is for me to come to Him so that He can wrap himself around me and remind me that I am loved. There is a verse that has been my beacon of light when it comes to love. When you have a chance read all of Ephesians 3:14-21 but I will share the parts within this larger text that I rest on.
"...that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith - that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God."Â Â -- Ephesians 3:16-19 ESV
Iâll come back to this passage in another post and dive deeper into this cause itâs so good. But I want to end here with this and let you meditate on these words.

Unlock Your Peak Performance: The Power of Athletic Greens Beyond Nutrition
Introduction: In the quest for peak performance, whether on the field or in the boardroom, optimal nutrition is paramount. Athletes and high-powered executives alike understand the importance of fueling their bodies with the right nutrients to sustain energy, focus, and overall well-being. However, what if there was a game-changer that not only provided superior nutritional benefits but also went beyond, influencing mindset, mood, and energy levels? Enter Athletic Greens â a powerhouse supplement that transcends the boundaries of traditional nutrition to offer a comprehensive solution for holistic performance enhancement.
Nutritional Excellence: At the core of Athletic Greens lies its unparalleled nutritional profile. Packed with seventy-five vitamins, minerals, and whole-food-sourced ingredients, it serves as a convenient and potent way to bridge the gap between dietary intake and optimal health. This comprehensive blend includes essentials like vitamin C, zinc, and magnesium, along with nutrient-rich superfoods such as spirulina, chlorella, and wheatgrass. For athletes and executives with demanding schedules, Athletic Greens provides a convenient solution to ensure they meet their daily nutritional requirements without compromise.
Fuel for Mind and Mood: While physical performance is often the primary focus, mental clarity and emotional well-being are equally vital components of peak performance. Athletic Greens recognizes this interconnectedness, and its formula is designed to support cognitive function and mood stability. Key ingredients like adaptogenic herbs, including rhodiola rosea and ashwagandha, help the body adapt to stressors, promoting resilience and mental acuity even in high-pressure situations. Moreover, the inclusion of antioxidants like green tea extract and cocoa bean polyphenols combats oxidative stress, fostering a positive mood and outlook.
Elevating Energy Levels: Sustained energy is the cornerstone of productivity and performance. Unlike conventional energy drinks or stimulants that provide a temporary boost followed by a crash, Athletic Greens takes a holistic approach to energy support. By optimizing gut health and digestive function, it ensures efficient nutrient absorption and utilization, leading to sustained energy levels throughout the day. Furthermore, the blend of natural ingredients, including digestive enzymes and probiotics, promotes gut microbiome balance, which has been linked to enhanced energy production and mood regulation.
The Gut-Brain Connection: Perhaps one of the most remarkable aspects of Athletic Greens is its emphasis on gut health. The gut, often referred to as the "second brain," plays a crucial role in regulating various physiological processes, including hormone production and neurotransmitter synthesis. By providing superior gut support, Athletic Greens indirectly influences mood, cognitive function, and even stress response. A healthy gut microbiome is associated with reduced inflammation, improved immune function, and better mental well-being â all of which are essential for peak performance in athletics and executive leadership.
Conclusion: Athletic Greens transcends the boundaries of conventional nutrition supplements, offering a holistic approach to performance enhancement that encompasses not only physical vitality but also mental clarity, mood stability, and sustained energy levels. By nourishing the body with a comprehensive blend of nutrients and supporting gut health, it empowers athletes and executives alike to unlock their full potential and thrive in their respective fields. Whether striving for victory on the field or making critical decisions in the boardroom, Athletic Greens is the ultimate ally in the pursuit of peak performance and overall well-being.

Iâm giving up on men because
1. The fact that they all assume theyâre experts in everything
2. The fact that they all assume theyâre smarter than me immediately
3. The fact that they allow and use slurs to divide women like Karen, Pick Me, Terf, The Main Character, SWERF, prude, slut bitch
4. The only slur they have is incel which relies on the premise that theyâre entitled to sex
5. Moms are expected to be perfect and if she makes a mistake sheâs a bad mom. Dads are considered perfect despite their mistakes and even being a poor parent
6. They think sex is a service
7. They cannot have a magic sexual moral barrier that divides children from teens from women. I refuse to believe it. And the media sexualizes kids and infantilizes female sexuality⌠so what now?
8. That porn is so normalized and teen is a category and yet we canât check a manâs porn viewing history before allowing them to coach, treat, or be alone with vulnerable people.
9. That some will and can and do have sex with corpses. That deadness is sexualized in fashion photography as arousing
10. That choking has become normalized in porn
11. That we know porn becomes increasingly more extreme through algorithm and capitalism
12. That they hide behind plausible deniability and think we are too stupid to see it - like the devils advocate position
13. That they convince themselves their plausible deniability is a moral standard
14. That even the normal married ones with little girls for kids are shitty
15. That they think their pleasure overrides the civil rights of a person
16. That they believe consent magically changes abuse into kink
17. That they donât even know what misogyny is
18. That they think misandry is somehow comparable
19. That they think my hurting their feelings or making them feel uncomfortable is a violent act. That pointing out violence makes me the violent one.
20. That they defend Johnny Depp
21. That theyâre afraid of false accusations
22. That they defend the reputations of men they havenât met more than the reality of the women who report them lmao
23. They donât take care of themselves physically
24. They can choose to be civilized but use animal evo psychology to defend subhuman actions
25. They believe that womenâs sexuality is an economy for them
26. They created religion to usurp creative power from women
27. They convinced other men that humans came from a manâs rib, from a patriarchal god, when literally no man has NOT come through and from a woman.
28. They have sexualized every aspect of womenâs existence including pain and crying
29. Theyâve convinced women that empowerment is a feeling and not a change in power position
30. They blame their antisocial loneliness epidemic on us
31. The tried to use the Love Languages on us
32. They created psychiatry as a way to at least in part control women just as they created medicine to control and destroy midwives
33. They place the locus of responsibility outside themselves which makes them perpetual victims
34. They created purity culture
35. They created porn culture
36. They buy and use and masturbate to trafficked and vulnerable women and it doesnât matter to them
37. They corner me in the workplace
38. They are always looking at us - I want to not be perceived sexually at all
39. They use women for all of their emotional dumping and we arenât certified to handle it
40. They resent our happiness (shaming it)
41. We had to create laws to keep them from marrying and having sex with kids. Like, everywhere. We havenât even succeeded globally
42. They hold women in power to an entirely separate standard than men
43. Theyâre lazy
44. They can solve complex problems and be incentive and self-improving at work, but are seemingly really incapable of doing this for relationships
45. They wonât see something unless it directly impacts them personally
46. They are emotionally unintelligent
47. They are violent
48. They are wilfully ignorant of the constant threat of sexual violence women face
49. They are making and using technology to get past consent
50. They believe women have a use value
51. Theyâre lying when they say they canât show emotions : art, culture, music, etc belie this. And this is aside from the fact that we acknowledge their pride, nationalism, anger, boorishness, sulkishness, entitlement, jealousy, etc. these are emotions too.
52. They use power to get or pressure or coerce sex
53. They donât mentor women professionally unless theyâre sexually attracted to them physically
54. Theyâre bad and aggressive drivers
55. Theyâre predatory and some donât know it ???????
56. They play dumb
57. They owe us reparations and refuse to even consider this - we were left out of Das Kapital
58. They try to turn their wives into their mothers
59. They moderate men and women differently in social media spaces
60. We canât trust them as soldiers or peace corps
61. We canât trust them alone with kids period - who do we tell kids to go to if theyâre lost?!!
62. That theyâve turned violence into sex âbody countâ âfuck the shit out of youâ
63. We canât be honest with them - we have to tiptoe around them
64. Iâm pissed more men arenât speaking out about the obvious loss of civil rights of women globally - what the hell! It makes me believe that they kinda want it to happen (plausible deniability of course) because like itâs not gonna hurt them right?
65. At any given time I could pull up incidents where instead of intervening while a woman is being assaulted, the assault is filmed by other men. The reverse simply doesnât happen.
66. They love borrowed authority
67. I hate them because when they ask âwhat do you want me to do about it?â And you say the most slacktivist thing, they wonât even do that. Theyâll do NOTHING.
68. Because the most unsafe place for a woman in the world is the home
69. Because a woman is killed by an intimate partner globally every 11 minutes
70. Because the number one cause of death for pregnant women in the states is murder
71. Because they believe their morals are their best intentions. Itâs like they all think theyâre brave but heâs anyone done anything brave ?
72. They use weaponized incompetence to control people and be lazy
73. They believe sexism is benevolence
74. Because someone taught them that itâs the thought that counts and it almost never is the thought that counts
75. That gang rape is a thing
76. Because only a handful of men have most of the global wealth
77. They move goalposts: you can say what your experience is but theyâll discount it as one. You can say itâs others that have experienced the same thing and theyâll discount it as over represented.
78. Thereâs no acceptable way to be really angry with them, and express that, as a woman
79. They feel comfortable making comments about womenâs physical appearance, touching us without our consent and bank on us not rocking the boat.
80. They refuse to believe in the wage gap
81. We could have child care as being mandated but because women are primary childcare givers, we donât have this.
82. Medicine was only tested on both genders recently because it was too difficult to do apparently
83. Our medical issues arenât taken seriously
84. Mass shooters are almost exclusively men
85. Because they moan about suicide rates and forget to mention all the women and kids and sometimes strangers that suicidal men take with them
86. They believe theyâre entitled to sex - through payment guilt or force
87. They rarely care about what girls think unless they have a daughter
88. Cultures abort girl babies and before they just exposed them to the elements. As a result thereâs India and China and the Middle East Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan Vietnam etc there are more men than women
89. They donât stop female genital mutilation. And they could if they wanted to.
90. More than 100 million women are missing - the shortfall of the number of women in the world we would expect in the absence of sex discrimination
91. They desire us to be dependent on them. Independence terrifies them.
92. They let women leave the workforce during the pandemic.
93. They see male history, male writing, male law as standard and they arenât. Theyâd freak out if the USA had 9 woman Supreme Court justices
94. They are more sexist than even racist
95. Male over female Domination is the first and most primal form of oppression
96. Prostitution is the first form of trafficking not the worlds oldest profession
97. They can compartmentalize the pain of others - especially if it doesnât impact them or their family (their own private kingdom)
98. Every man assumes heâs the king and grows up taught that they deserve to own things, people and property
99. They see women as girls all as potential sexual objects. Especially if theyâre mad.
100. They treat sex workers as a different class
101. Women donât keep men as sex slaves
102. Theyâve made the law such that women cannot logistically perform murder in self defence
103. They say porn is free speech and that itâs not real when itâs convenient
104. Despite all of this: all of the proof and every experience logged and litigated⌠that they donât believe that women still are being oppressed under male supremacy.
105. Because someone has said itâs okay for drag queens to use âbitch serving cuntâ as an expression of femininity- and claim itâs not misogynistic
106. Because of the so-called âhusband stitchâ

this might be a kinda niche observation but i have noticed women who are venusian plus saturnian are Not very nice đ i know two women who's entire chart is basically 50/50 venusian naks and saturn naks and one thing i've noticed they both do is try to remix traditional gender roles into some sort of female empowerment thing
for example, one of them is constantly going on dates with older rich men which by itself is like fine whatever but she tries to act like she's this genius feminist for doing it. like no babe.... you're still conforming to gender roles by essentially selling yourself to rich men to eventually become their spoiled housewife, if anything she's putting a capitalistic spin on it. i think this is because of the saturnian urge to conform to traditions meshing with the venusian urge to date lots and surround yourself with money and beauty
the second girl is obsessed with traditional beauty standards for im assuming the same reason. she literally often says things like "i love entering a room and knowing i'm the prettiest one there" and "walking down the street watching people gawk because i'm the most beautiful one here". it's so cringe and low vibrational, not to mention misogynistic yet just like the other girl she tries to put a feminist spin on it. she has a whole twitter account dedicated to unlocking your "divine feminine", which is a real thing but she does it in such an incorrect way like telling people what plastic surgery they need to be "perfect" and of course, how to attract a rich man. it's a combo of venusian vanity and saturnian rule following (the beauty standards being the rules)
also, they both HATE eachother đ
that sounds about right ngl
I feel like Venusian women who are not drawn to the arts and are somehow unable to channel their creativity make it their sole purpose in life to pursue romance and đŹit kind of messes them up?? My grandma is Purvaphalguni Moon and she was a very talented singer back in the day and wanted to study Music in college but her family was against it and made her study to be a teacher and then she ended up marrying my grandad and also cheating on him and ngl it ruined her life,,, anywayyss I feel like Venusians were meant to pursue all of the themes of Venus, ESPECIALLY its creativity because art will fulfil you in ways no man or relationship can and in the absence of it, all this excessive materialistic pursuit of relationships brings out the corrosiveness of Venus.
Venus is capable of immense devotional spirituality, its not a shallow planet or influence by any means but to get to the spirituality (of any planet tbh) one has to transcend its more superficial material manifestations. I think Venusian fixation on romance, relationships etc can be very damning. I know a Purvaphalguni Moon girl who cannot be single for even a second and she said she can't get married because she will cheat on him đ
I know several Venusians who are like you mentioned but damn that Venus and Saturn combination you talked about is lethal,, they can lead themselves to such a shallow hollow and empty life. Ngl I feel like all those "dating coaches" online who talk about "10 ways to marry a rich man" are all Venusian/Saturnian women and sorry to break it but I promise it never works out. If a man knows that you're with him for his money, I promise you no amount of money he throws at you will be worth the mind games and psychological abuse that will ensue.
I have a friend, Bharani stellium who is from a well to do family but she dreams of marrying someone filthy rich and being a housewife. She's also Saturnian lmao but I feel like her idealized visions of being someone's trophy wife will lead to some bitter experiences. Bc first of all Indian men are trash, second of all, rich people are trash and a rich Indian man and his family are probably capable of god knows what insanity. I think about that video of Shah Rukh Khan, aka the biggest actor the country has ever seen at Isha Ambani's (billionaire's daughter) twins birthday party where they'd brought out snakes??? (rich ppl things bc who tf would bring snakes to a toddler's bday party??) and Isha's brother picks up a snake and puts it on SRK's shoulder from behind, catching him off guard. Like ik its obviously not poisonous but like ??? thats so rude??? imagine just putting a snake on someone without their consent??? its that asshole's entitlement that makes him believe he can get away with anything. any video of the Ambani kids is a testament to them being rich assholes but anyways point is, rich people are fucked up and its insane to me that women want to sign away their autonomy by marrying into these families??? like are they dumb??? how naive do you have to be to believe that they'll be rich AND nice to you?? lol?? and you cannot raise a finger against them bc money will silence everyone, even the courts. look at what happened to amber heard and what's happening to angelina jolie. these are powerful, influential women, not housewives to rich douchebags but even then, they suffer. now what would happen to a regular woman???
anybody who dreams of being a trophy wife feels absolutely delusional to me. its so important to maintain your independence. like by all means i want to marry rich but i dont ever want to be in a position where im financially dependent on a man. THATS DANGEROUS. quite literally.

Love is patient, love is kind. Love is God
I canât tell you the exact date or month when I stopped drinking alcohol, but Iâm certain it was in 2019. Most people would commit such a huge milestone to memory but I knew I didnât want to memorialize a time that was marked with so much pain. Thatâs not to say that I miss alcohol. The pain was multifaceted. I spent years of my life using alcohol as a way to anesthetize trauma from my childhood but inadvertently I ended up causing pain to my loved ones through my drinking. Which in turn brought about the pain from shame and guilt. I knew that I shouldnât be harming myself in such a way but I repeated the dangerous cycle again and again for years. Then there was the pain of quitting, which wasnât as bad as I thought it would be. I had already reached a breaking point where my back was up against the wall. Fortunately my drinking hadnât gotten to a point where I lost my job and my family but I lost enough of myself that I was beginning to crack. I can honestly say that God was with me during this time because there is no other explanation for the absolute hard stop. Through I did have moments where I felt lured by the mere camaraderie of drinking with others, the desire to drown my sorrows in vodka was no longer a battle.
This was also a pivotal time as it was sandwiched in between two very important flash points that I cannot gloss over. Some months or maybe a year prior, I was lying in bed crying to my then partner lamenting over the fact that I did not know who I was. A sudden rush of an identity crisis came crashing down and I was struggling to find me. Then after I stopped drinking I was hiking in the hills of Oakland California in early 2020 (right before the pandemic) and yelled out to God from a peak that I had climbed saying IâM READY! MAKE ME THE PERSON THAT YOU CREATED ME TO BE LORD! 2020 was also the year I turned forty and this was crucial since I had prophesied at a young age that thirty, more importantly forty, would be when my life would get progressively better (yeah imagine an eight-year-old child wide eyed about turning fortyâŚcrazy). Remember that crack I talked about earlier? Well it would be around this time in my life when those cracks started to give way and I became completely undone.
I was in therapy finally addressing old wounds that I had been running away from for so long. And while this was one of the most difficult times of my life due to the internal changes and rupturing that I was experiencing, I was confident that it would all be worth it and I would come out on the other side healed, shiny and new. Fast forward to today and I felt that rupturing again. There are many new yet familiar things in my life that are cropping up and the one difference that is crucial to note is that Iâm not drinking. I know Iâm repeating the drinking thing but you have to understand how much of a crutch this was in my life. Work getting on my nerves? Drink. Celebrating something great!? Drink. Trying to be social and engaging with people? Drink. Chilling at home watching tv and just glad that I made it through the week? Drink. But the most important reason for my drinking was to keep everything else out and keep me locked in. Truth be told I hated the taste of alcohol, but once I got past that first or second (sometimes even third) gulp, then I was good. I felt as though I needed vodka and wine to hide from the pain and create a happier, more tolerable avatar that people could like, maybe even love.
In hindsight I recognize that I have a tendency to identify myself through the lens of pain. It wouldnât be until years after that pivotal moment when I stopped drinking that I began to untether myself from pain. Not to say that I was making a commitment to never feel pain again (thatâs impossible) but rather to begin the process of stripping away the narratives that I had painted on myself. Narratives such as being dirty, unholy, spoiled rotten and an all around bad kid. There were other narratives of being an orphan, unloveable, unworthy and damaged goods. I believed that everything I touched died, disintegrated or disappeared. I was able to quiet these narratives through alcohol. So when I sit here, type these words and tell you that Iâm in a new state of rupturing without alcohol, without edibles or shrooms (yeah I went there) or even my favorite drug of choiceâŚdistraction, Iâm forced to look at my life through a clearer lens.
When you see everything through pain itâs hard to see the joy and the good in life. Pain also gave me the false notion that love was unable to be alive within me. Trauma caused me to guard myself, put up walls, barriers, blockades, blinders, moats even around not just my heart, it extended out at least six feet from me. And good luck trying to get in cause those walls were so thick that they were impenetrable. Oddly enough I did my best to pour love out to any and everyone I came across. But because I didnât know love for myself, I wasnât really able to give love to others. And as long as I was looking at life through those pain colored glasses, I wouldnât know how to truly open myself up to the full essence of love.
About a month ago I got baptized. This was an act that I felt was important to me, something that marked a change that started percolating within me just weeks prior. While I had a connection with God, I never had a relationship. And now I wanted to not only know God but feel the fullness of His love for me. Listen, opening up to love can feel terrifying because thereâs always the risk of being hurt. But hurt comes even when youâre blocking yourself from the very thing that youâre trying to avoid. Sometimes the hurt is even worse because the rigid stance that we have to brace ourselves for the impact of hurt makes us more brittle and the propensity to crack is greater. I would be insane to think that I could somehow avoid being hurt or hurting someone else, thatâs just not realistic. But avoiding pain means that Iâm avoiding love, and that is a risk that Iâm no longer willing to take.

My First Just Dance OC
This is Elle. The coach for Just a Girl by No Doubt .
I picked her name because Elle is french for "she," and this song is all about female empowerment and as a subtle nod to Elle Woods from Legally Blonde, which embraces both independence and femininity.
Elle is a one of a kind, limited edition doll owned by a spoiled rotten doll collector in Winterhaven. When she magically becomes a real girl, she decides to escape the collection rather than spend her new life as someone else's plaything.
After she escapes, she is caught out in a blizzard, far away from shelter, on her own. Just when she thinks she might break or turn back to the safety of the collector's mansion. She realises that not only can she weather this storm but she can come through the other side, stronger and better than before.
After the blizzard, she walks off into the snow. No longer a doll at all, but her own person.

Why Madonna is the Ultimate Life Coach
What's up, my fellow learners? It's time to talk about the one and only Madonna, and why she's the ultimate life coach we all need in our lives. Sure, some people might think she's just a pop star who's past her prime, but let me tell you, Madge has some serious life wisdom to share with the world.
First of all, let's talk about Madonna's work ethic. This woman has been in the game for decades, and she still works harder than most of us ever will. From touring the world to running her own record label, Madonna is always pushing herself to be the best she can be. And that kind of dedication is exactly what we need to achieve our own goals in life.
But Madonna isn't just about hard work â she's also all about self-love and empowerment. Just look at her music â she's been singing about female empowerment and sexuality since the 80s. And she's never been afraid to push boundaries and challenge societal norms. That's the kind of attitude we need to adopt in our own lives, whether it's in our careers or our personal relationships.
And let's not forget Madonna's commitment to fitness and wellness. This woman is in her 60s and still looks better than most of us did in our 20s. But it's not just about looking good â Madonna has always emphasized the importance of taking care of your body and mind. And with all the stress and anxiety of modern life, that's something we could all use a little more of.
So if you're looking for a life coach who's all about hard work, self-love, and wellness, look no further than Madonna. She might be a pop star, but she's also a true inspiration to anyone looking to live their best life.
